Je souhaitais connaitre les nouvelles cartes graphique sur un PC portable compatible avec l'application Meta Quest Link car sur le site il n'y a que des anciennes cartes qui sont référencées.

You're asking the wrong question. It has absolutely nothing to do with the Meta Quest Link software itself (or other similar software such as Steam Link). Your graphics card needs to be able to run whichever VR compatible games you want to run on your laptop. These specifications vary from game to game. That said, the MINIMUM specification for laptop PCVR would be something like NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 470/570.
I'm asking this question because the compatible cards on the site (https://www.meta.com/fr-fr/help/quest/140991407990979/) are more than 2 years old and are no longer added to new laptops. We've currently upgraded to the RTX PRO 500 to 5000 version at Dell and I wanted to know if it works well with this graphics card.
RTX 5000 should work quite well for PCVR games.
