We understand you are having some issues with your headset disconnecting from your controllers at regular intervals. We know this is not ideal for a seamless gameplay experience, so we would love to assist you in getting your controllers back in working order! Please try the steps below to assist with your issue.
Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
Replace the controller battery with a fresh one
Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
