Quest 2 had recent update and won't pair, factory reset it and now its stuck at the login acreen

Ive had this quest since 2023, don't overuse it or abuse it. It was fine this morning and I've had issues in the past with login and pairing my phone. Today I had to update the software or the headset kept screwing up. After the update the headset border has static and moves when I do, the Bluetooth doesn't work properly, the apps randomly work or don't etc. I got into a discussion with meta customer support and they told me it was a problem with their software and I asked for a replacement. He told me to factory reset it so I did and now I can't even log into my headset PLUS all the data is gone. I was told I'd get an "out of warranty" replacement but after the factory reset the dumb **bleep** tells me that it's not actually a replacement and they'll take a look at it for $170. I hate meta, I hate their products and the fact they screwed me over again with a product I bought and own, makes me want to be violent. **bleep** you meta
