Quest 2 issues

The last time i booted up my Quest 2, it had the usual stick drift issues with the controllers which i dont mind, however as i played a game it started forcing me to snap turn whenever i moved my head to look around. It does it more aggressively when the quest is loading something. So i stopped using it, and decided to try again today, and it worked fine, until it ran low on battery, and began doing it again. In the past ive usually played with my headset plugged in, so i plugged it in, and the problem got worse. Is there any solution for this or am i going to have to waste $200 on a new one.
