Quest 2 library greyed out

Haven't really used my Quest 2 very much beyond using it with my pc through the link cable, didn't seem to notice I haven't had access to my library for awhile on my system and I'm not sure how long it's been like this. I did enable developer mode to get rid of guardian and maybe that's it?
