Quest 2 Microphone Not Working/Glitching

Hi, I was playing with a group of friends one day and for some reason a system error popped up on my screen and gave me two options to either wait or quit. I pressed wait multiple times but the error kept popping up so I decided to just quit. Ever since that day not only has my mic not been working but also my headset (for example continuing to play audio even though the headset is off. There were times my mic actually worked but then shortly later not work again, and sometimes other players told me they were hearing loud static noises from my mic.

Heres all of the stuff I tried:

*Turning mic on and off.

*See if my mic is having issues in all my games (it does).

*Cleaning the inside of my headset.

*Factory resetting.

If anyone has a solution to this problem I would greatly appreciate it!
