Quest 2 oculus controller won’t open the menu
I only have one controller and I’m stuck on the pairing screen and the menu won’t open on my controller after factory reset, I have factory reset my device multiple times but nothing has changed

Unfortunately, the setup of the Quest won't work without having 2 controllers.
Maybe you can borrow a second controller from a friend to set up your device?

As Choleni said above you will need 2 Quest 2 Controllers to get past the pairing screen.
As mentioned by Choleni you can ask a friend if you can borrow their controller for pairing to start setting up your Quest 2.
However if you do not have access to a borrowed Quest 2 Controller you can purchase one via our website.
