We bought a quest 2 and had been using it regularly. Recently we put it on the charger and when we came back a hour later the charging port had melted. We bought it brand new, the charging cable was brand new, the block was brand new and we have had the outlets checked by our apartment complex and they are in good working condition, no flags. what do i do????

That's crazy and dangerous too. Did you buy from an authorized Meta seller ? Did the charger and cord come with the device and is it original ? Maybe they can replace it.
