Quest 2 Right Controller Tracking in wrong places

The other day I went to go and play on my VR on my quest 2 but when I turned it on I immediately noticed that my right controller tracking was not right. I continued to a game and my controller in VR...

Is there any solution to this problem? I have a similar problem with the left controller, I don't know what to do..
