quest 2 shows logo, goes into passthrough for about 1 sec, grey screen then goes into sleep mode.

i have reinstalled the software, factory reset, and checked the proximity sensor but nothing changed. fully charging it also does nothing&nbsp;

Maybe your proximity sensor is faulty?
To me, it sounds as the proximity sensor simply does not detect that the headset is worn.

There you have it! The proximity sensor isn't working.

In case you are not located in the USA, google for a headset repair service in your country.
Or......
....... if you feel confident in doing that, you might replace the sensor yourself. There are guides on youtube how to do that.

steve_40 and Choleni are right. Definitely the proximity sensor has a problem. Just in case, I'm sure you've done it anyway, but did you try giving it a wipe with a soft dry cloth to make sure no dust or debris is blocking it?&nbsp;

Maybe there is another option.
If you still can cast to your phone, you might be able to disable the proximity sensor via Quest Games Optimizer.....
or cast to your phone, connect to pc and use sidequest to disable the sensor.
You need a developer account for that.
