Quest 2 static screen on boot

so the day before this issue my quest turned on in the night randomly and ran out battery so today i charged it to a green light (it wouldnt connect to my phone) and i put it on thinking it maybe stopped itself in the night and didnt shut off so i pressed instead of holding down the power button it had it sowed a moving static screen for about 2 seconds and went dark held it down same thing again but then i held it down once more and it booted ive never had a issue like this before except a few months ago it bootlooped 3 times but then actually started up
