i did try leaving the quest like that for a couple hours (almost a day even) but it didn't seem to help :(
also, yes, i've tried factory resetting it multiple times, but nothing seems to bring it back to life, guess i'll have to keep sideloading the new updates until one of them fixes it
Good luck..fingers crossed you get it fixed. These updates are causing chaos for some people.
