Quest 3 audio not working

i’ve restarted, i’ve turned up the volume for every single bar, i’ve looked into EVERY setting, including the app on my phone and my pc. i’ve tried connecting the sound to a bluetooth headset that works for everything else. i’ve also factory reset and installed allllllll the updates. yet it still doesn’t work.
