Quest 3 Battery always shows 0% and won't start

I wanted to play my quest 3, 2 days ago, And it was empty. Pretty normal. So I charged it via my Battery Pack, like I always do. (I charge my battery pack, charge the quest with the battery pack, and then charge the battery pack again.) But the quest didn't charge at all even though the battery pack went down in charge by half. Is there any fix cause I'm getting pretty mad at the countless problems with this thing, And I'm currently trying to charge it with the official charger (which I should've done in the first place)

Little wittle update on the situation, The official charger has charged it to 19% at the moment so I think it works!
