Quest 3 blocking sensors

On my headset Quest 3 After turning on or putting the helmet on my head, a message appears: “Press the power button to turn on the cameras and microphone” or just a black screen with a backlight until I press the power button a couple of times. After removing the headset, it reacts to the removal, but instead of going into sleep mode, the image simply disappears and the backlight remains on.
