This is a display/or lens issue, so there will obviously be no issues when recording through the helmet itself, since the problem is in the lenses/display recording through a phone
The video clearly shows that the leaves on the tree are flickering extremely strongly, the video is of fairly good quality, you may need to force 1080p quality to see this, and view it from a large diagonal display
If there is something wrong with the lens or display and the supplier sent you three replacement quests, they might be sending back the same quest. Lol. It's definitely not the case for everyone. I've never seen it. Who did you buy this from ? I can't imagine an official Quest supplier sending you 3 defective ones. I'm not making a joke here, but is it possible you have an eye problem? Looking at the video, there are no artifacts and the tree is just shaking in the wind. Did you check for scratches or smudges on the lenses ? You should record it properly on the headset. If the problem is with the display itself you will see on the headset recording.

There is an EXTREMELY noticeable aliasing effect everywhere, even in 8k resolution on a PCVR, and the colors seem to be faded, everything looks like a 30-year-old displayIt's hard for us to understand your issue from your video. This YouTube video compares the Quest 2, 3s and 3 using "through the lenses" recording. Compare it with the quality that you see in your headset menus. It should give you a better idea whether your headset is faulty or not.
