Quest 3 Elite Strap Broke

Hello yall,

My elite strap (without battery) headset just broke. To be precise the rubber headrest just popped off from the plastic on the left side. It was the attachment point between the adjustment wheel and the headrest

I see a screw inside the plastic and in the rubber a golden nut and a mole for a attachment.

I am just interested if someone had a similar case and how they fixed it. Would greatly appreciate it before i accidentally break the entire elite strap
