I wanted to go in the metaverse after a time and the battery was drained. I charged it and tried to power it on, but it only showed the the meta logo when it started but then I'm stuck on a grey screen. If I want to use the software-update-tool it always disconnects. I already tried the refactory reset a few times and tried to restart it but nothing works.
What should I do?
