So i started up my quest 3 and it was on the USB update screen after factory resetting it, and it wouldn’t get out of it even after clicking factory reset and boot headset. I also tried a hard reset but all it does is turn the headset on and off quickly. How do i fix this????
Have you tried using the Meta Quest Software Updater Tool?
Alternatively, you can also try updating the headset using the ADB method, if the official tool doesn't work.
Otherwise, if your headset is under warranty, contact official customer support (live chat, email, WhatsApp) here.
If you no longer have warranty, you'll have to find a business that can repair Quest headsets. If you live in USA, Fix my Oculus is worth a try.
