Above are the problems im having with my quest 3 i havent touched it in over 3 months tried to get back on it and i charged it wouldnt hard reset or factory reset and now its just black and no led

And if your device isn't paired on your account (like mine due to a factory reset and now black screen) you can't get anywhere.
