Quest 3 not turning on or showing charge light

• My quest three was behaving like normal and charging completely fine next to my bed, but suddenly isn’t turning on or showing the charge light. I’ve already followed the tutorials that say to hold the power button for 30+ seconds and hold the volume down button. Neither worked after charging for multiple hours.

            please help
