Hello! I've returned the headset to the store where it was purchased. When I get my refund, I'll buy a new unit. I wrote here to discuss the issue and to understand how widespread is it. Ideally, Meta should come up with some long-term solution, because changing the headsets every month is not an option. As far as I understand midlife cycle minor product hardware updates are happening, so maybe something could be done about it in future revisions (better isolation or something). The question is whether Meta is aware of the issue or not?
