Thanks for atleast replying but i went ahead and factory reset my headset after trying a few things like the force boot or restarting it using the power button and I gave my headset about 30 minutes after it got the confirmation from my account and it still has the same problem, if I need to take it apart myself then tell me unless you have any other recommendations, thanks.
