Quest 3 screen is gray

Hi,

When i start the device it goes to an update, after it is done, it restarts and you see the logo of meta but then it becomes gray. I did all the resets (with charging, without etc. Also did the update tool, after the update tool the update still comes. Also the factory resets do not help (both the one in the quest and through the phone). What more can i do?  The quest 3 is just 8 months old..

Can anyone help me?
