Quest 3 Support "blocked" by old case
Hi,
short version: How can I contact the support if the normal way does not work?
Long version:
A few days ago, one pixel in my Quest 3 broke. It is now always black. The device is still inside the warranty-period. Thus, in order to open a case, I visited "https://www.meta.com/my/devices/" and clicked on "Get help".
But I do not get any help there:
About 16 months ago, meta did already replace a defective controller. And after clicking "get help", there is still the open replacement for the controller (the status messsage reads "preparing replacement):
How can I get this solved? How can I contact the support now?

You get the WhatsApp option normally after clicking on "my issue isn't listed here"..... just saying, in case you'll ever need it again.😉
