Quest 3 switching from roomscale to stationary boundary

I've been playing thrill of the fight 2, and other boxing/fighting games with no problems for the past 2 years. After a recent software update I'm having severe issues with the boundary. When i'm in a game or a fight, the game i'm playing disappears and shows my surroundings EVEN THOUGH i'm right in the middle of my boundary, or the screen just goes black for a second and switches to stationary boundary. this is really frustrating me because i have literally never had this issue before. it seems to happen the most when i grab my headset and adjust it on my head. sometimes when i do that i get a notification that says "no boundary found". please fix this.
