My quest will not update I was on v79.1028 been onto meta support for 2months now they told me to factory reset. Now the software I am on is v78.0 I was on v78.28. The quest still will not update either after factory rest and when I click software update it just says it’s up to date but it’s not. Any ideas as meta don’t have a clue!!!
did you restart or power off your headset and turn it back on
there a setting where if u click 2 time on power button there a vr setting
Same situation here, both on my quest 2 and my quest 3. hope they get their stuff figured out soon cause v78 is full of problems.

yeah, restarting countless times, factory resetting yet again, even trying to force update through the web site all just leave it at v78.0.
