My quest will not update I was on v79.1028 been onto meta support for 2months now they told me to factory reset. Now the software I am on is v78.0 I was on v78.28. The quest still will not update eit...

Same situation here, both on my quest 2 and my quest 3. hope they get their stuff figured out soon cause v78 is full of problems.
if you click 2 times with power button there should be a vr setting
yeah, restarting countless times, factory resetting yet again, even trying to force update through the web site all just leave it at v78.0.
Yep same as me and meta have done nothing been months now
there a setting if u click power button 2 times there a vr setting
my been updated there a setting in the device where if u double click the power button it takes you to the vr settings
Consider that a blessing. I hear v79 has even more bugs.
