Quest 3

Not loading up. I held the power button for 30 it powers off and back on , nothing after the logo. Tried holding both buttons reboot still continues to do the same.

    We see that you're experiencing issues with your headset not loading, even after performing a reboot. Let's see what we can do to help!

     

    Here are some steps you can still try:

     

    • Try removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
    • Check for sufficient battery charge
      • A headset with a very low battery charge will power itself off. This may be mistaken for a boot issue if the headset is shutting down on startup due to insufficient battery charge.
      • Ensure the headset is charged by allowing it to charge for at least 2 hours.
      • Note the color of the LED on the side of the headset. If after charging for 2 hours, you still see a red LED, this could be a sign of a battery or charging issue.
    • Check if you are able to use the Software update tool to sideload an update
