Quest 3

I have a quest 3 and i don't like the new navigator , how can i change it? and i also not have the navigator option to desable it

    You can't change it, it's the new UI that completely replaces the old one. Think of it as a new Android phone or iPhone UI.  You'll get used to it over time. I have had it since v79 and I really preferred the old one, then I got used to it and now I love it. An Irish example, I didn't like my first pint of Guinness at all, but now a cold one is great on a hot Istanbul evening!
