Quest 3s auto recenter

HI i wanted to ask if someone have found the same issue where quest is auto recentering whenever i move my head too quick or just like move to my original position (still inside boundary). this problem is so annoying when playing like shooting game cuz i keep facing the wrong direction, and in using pcvr. so if u guys have the same problem and solved it please share to me how to fix it. thanks before

    If your view is automatically recentering unexpectedly

    • Clear Guardian history: Go to Settings > Guardian and select Clear Guardian History.
    • Reset play space: If the above does not work, try clearing all stored play space data and setting up a new one.
    • Check for hand tracking issues: In some cases, holding your hand palm-up can unintentionally trigger a recenter, especially when using hand tracking.
