Quest 3s controller not tracking but still connected and registering button inputs.

So the right controller of my quest 3s isn't tracking anymore. I got the headset recently, and already having problems with it. So, the controller is registered in the headset shows me its battery life and everything, you can even press buttons and it registered in the headset but it won't track it. I've never hit it on anything or nothing. So im confused why it wold stop working if I was literally just using it last night and it worked fine before I got off the headset. And its confusing because my left controller is tracking fine. but why not my right one?
