Quest 3S Controller

Has anyone had issue with their controller/‘s entering sos mode and if so how do you fix it because since the update happened my controller entered sos and booting and restarting my vr hasn’t fixed it and unpairing to re-pairing hasn’t fixed it all it does is “update my controller successfully” which really does nothing and my only option is to factory reset my vr which I’m trying to avoid so If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.
