Quest 3s controllers suck - but I have a question...

Like seriously, they are poorly made.   SO many people online have issues and then are expected to pay to replace them once the warranty is out.  

Our controllers are past warranty.  The left controller lost tracking and the right controller's joystick busted.  I replaced the joystick - saw the internals.  

When Opening the left controller, the antenna was missing.   I am realizing that it is an internal antenna. 

Is it normal to purchase a set and receive differently made controllers?  One with an antenna and one internal?  A lot of controllers that people have tracking issues with have the internal antenna that easily breaks.  But seriously, why would they send two different ones?
