Quest 3S freezes and restarts itself after 10-20 minutes

The problem is simple - while playing screen gets frozen and after 10-15 seconds it restarts itself. (I play on both standalone and PCVR and it happens in both cases)

My headset is pretty new, i had this problem just the day i got it. Factory resetting helped for around 4 days or so, and now it started happening again. No overheating or errors, it just does it randomly like in 10-30 minutes of playing. I tried doing factory reset again but it didn't help this time.

Any help is appreciated

While i was trying to find out what was behind this problem i've stumbled upon this problem in ALVR's logs: 

Client client.wired: [Info] Last log line repeated 3 times
13:09:11.371 INFO Client client.wired: [Error] FIXME: Leaking Imagereader!
13:09:19.489 INFO Client disconnected. Timeout

I tried to find anything close about it, but i can't find any solution to my problem

      Hi , im having same issue, got for Christmas meta 3s and once opend it keeps rebooting probably every 5 min , i can be in settings or just stand still keeps doing it, tried factory reset … how can i solve it or shall i go for replacement. Thank you

        After trying everything, I had to replace mine under warranty. They could not fix it. This is a hardware failure and could not be fixed. The replacement unit works fine for several months now.

        I have same issue on new 3s (bought 3 days ago). How did you solve it?
