Quest 3s Grey Screen

Hey everyone, I need some help with my Quest 3S.

The screen is completely grey, and I can't see anything except for notifications and the volume bar. The lights on the headset and controllers hardly show; when they do, they just flash white and then stop.

I have already tried:

Hard booting

Factory resetting

Sideloading an update from the official website

None of these have fixed the issue. Is there any way to fix this, or is the hardware broken?
