Quest 3S ordering problem

My father ordered a meta quest 3s for me on 3/8/26 after he made the payment no money was deducted from my father's card, he hasn't gotten a email, he also has not made a meta account and went to the website purely to get the 3s for me. Is there something wrong with the payment processing or is the 3S is out of stock?

    If the credit card wasn't charged and no email was received, I'd think your dad probably hadn't place the order correctly. This is the community forum. You can contact official Meta support here.
