Quest 3S Sleep Mode

Okay so the title kind of sums it, but I have used a quest 2 for about 6-ish years. Well my little sibling gave me his headset (the Quest 3S) to play on and mess with well I would usually play the headsets connected to a pc via Virtual Desktop. So I am having an issue with the sleep mode on the headset. I changed it to 15 minutes so when I go to do something for a couple minutes it won't shut off while I am afk. Well the problem is, it still goes to sleep after a minute of the headset being inactive. And there isn't a proximity sensor from what I have noticed so is there a way to fix the timer so I don't have to keep refixing my stuff for my games just because the headset turns off?

    Without a proximity sensor, it maybe recognize that it's worn by movements?

    Maybe keep the headset moving somehow after you took it off?
