Quest 3s, stuck on boot screen.
Brand new Quest 3s, just received (its literally Christmas day).
Quest kept going to a blank screen once the loading logo disappeared, left hours incase it was doing something with no change, soft resets result in loading Logo then blank screen.
Eventually attempted the factory reset on the device, this took me through the reset, deleting screen etc, then the device restarted. It now goes straight to the boot screen on a restart, the option "boot device" just reloads the boot screen, and any further attempt to factory reset does nothing, just takes me back to the same boot screen. It does nothing else, even turning it off results in it starting itself back up and going to boot screen.
Help!
P.s. Do meta not have any support at all other than fans and pushing their customers to the community forum? There appears to be no way at all of getting in touch with them when there's a problem with a device.
