I saw the meta forums post about 8 ish months ago, and was wondering if they were made compatible yet, or if there is a way to do it yourself.
The easiest way to find out is to use the "Compatibility" and "Controller" filter options here.
MR and VR accessories for Meta Quest
Pro controllers don't work with the Quest 3!
However, they have worked with the Quest 2 since the Pro was released. This hasn't been changed by a recent update.
Edit: I meant Pro controllers don't work with the Quest 3S
