Quest cash

I had added 15 dollars to my quest cash account and the added a gift card when I try to buy a pass that it’s not a subscription it says that the al purchase can’t be completed for my security. I emailed meta many times and they won’t help me with the problem. Now I have money sitting there without being able to use it
