I've had my Quest 3 for about 4 months and Airlink and QuestLink (using the official cable) have been working perfectly fine for PCVR. That makes me think the issue could be a hardware fault or software issue on your end. You've provided zero diagnostic information. Asking for a way to "just get it to work without having to deal with all of the issues" is unrealistic 🤷♂️.
