Quest Link Constantly Causing Issues

I have always been able to get back into the link. The issue is I always have to restart my PC or some other thing happens during play the link will disconnect, usually if I just barely take my headset off. Some of the other less common issues I have had is where the left and right eye are no longer synced and I get a weird screen tearing. This has happened both on wired and wireless link. I know it isn't my PC specs as I am running a i7 13700k, 64gb of ddr5 ram, and a 4070 ti. I love how simple the quest 3 is to use most of the time but for someone who primarly uses PCVR and constantly having issues like this no matter if it is wired or wireless has even caused me to look in alternative headsets like the valve index. It's just a real shame how much issues a lot of people have with the link software.
