    Hey everyone! The engineering and product team has reached back out to me and provided an update. 

    It looks like they won't be able to get the necessary information through here on the forums, but they did want to look into everyone's logs to get a closer look. I highly suggest testing out PTC and if that doesn't work, reaching out through a support ticket so they can gather the logs and provide some more in-depth assistance.

I'm disappointed that the experience when using Link/Air Link with Quest 3 is currently worse than Quest 2.

Quest 3 Link is unable to run 120hz, and doesn't run at the full headset resolution.

If the software were up to date, AV1 could also be leveraged over USB to give better clarity.

When will the software be updated?

    I second this, the PC software needs 120hz AND proper resolution options, as it stands now you can't even get the resolution right per eye, EVEN at the highest setting. Id love AV1 and AV1-10bit as well,  but heck id settle with just the forementioned! Give use an option to type in per eye resolution OR give better options period! 

    Im doing VD right now at 200bit rate using AV1, with the godlike setting (3072x3216) <<< which is what id really love to set in your pc software but can't!!! I like airlink better, sense it runs ALL games, but guys its time to add some well need settings for crying out loud!
