Quest link software fail

I have a Rift S that I have been using for a few years now. My pc specs: Windows 11 64 bit, amd ryzen 9 12 core, 32 gigs ram, nvidia geforce 4070. All systems are currently updated. After downloading the qwest link software and I click next for setup and it just shows a blank window. I have reinstalled the app many times, restarted my computer, disabled windows security and made sure pc is updated. Nothing works. I have used quest link before on the same pc and it always crashes and I have to reinstall and reconfigure the software. Please help
