Quest Link suddenly stopped working on desktop PC
I have no idea what happened, but my Quest Link setup has suddenly stopped working on my desktop PC, after years of working perfectly fine!
Symptoms:
* When I try to start link from the Quest 3 headset, the Quest Link loading screen just stays on forever. It never gets to the actual desktop environment
* When I try to do a USB speed test, it will try to run for a while and then show a message saying "USB Speed failed to start"
* When I try to use Air Link, it will time out and give a message saying to make sure that no other headsets are currently connected to my PC.

May be a coincidence but this issue started happening around the time I decided to try the Meta remote desktop app.
I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting guide here:
https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/quest/975178886590868/
And some other things:
* Reinstalled Quest Link app on PC
* Deleted all previous folders related to Oculus on pc (link) and then reinstalled Quest Link app
* Joined PTC, restarted, left PTC on Quest Link app
* Uninstalled "Meta Virtual Monitor" from device manager (link)
* Factory reset my headset
* Updated all drivers including motherboard firmware and video card drivers (currently running on the latest RTX3070 nVidia "Game Ready" driver released on 10 Sept 2025)

Link still works on my Alienware laptop.
Does anyone know what is happening or how I might start go about fixing this? Any other things I haven't tried?
