Quest menu bar and menu tabs disappearing and not reappearing after some short time.

Hello! I have discovered a problem with my Quest 2 where not only is the device taking a longer amount of time to load up to the menu, but I simply cannot play anything because everything in the Quest 2 home disappears after a few minutes and nothing seems to be interactable within that time where the menu appears. I have no choice but to cut off the device. I've attempted to mess around in the Quest home but nothing is reappearing and I've to restart and even boot the device multiple times, but nothing changes and I've ran out of options on how to attempt to fix it. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there jjjeesssss13! Missing menus is kind of a big deal. We would love help you out how we can. We appreciate you attempting those steps and letting us know. We have notice a few users have been factory resetting their device and seems it get the experience back! 

    Please try the following: 

    1. Turn off your headset.
    2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
    3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
    4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

    Please also remember to check if your cloud backup is on to make sure your data is safe! After the factory reset, please use your mobile device to setup the headset again and let us know if the menu issues are still there. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
