Quest not working

I was trying to get on my Quest 2 tonight as I normally do, but it was in a passthrough mode and no menu would pop up other than the power menu to restart, shut off, and put the headset to sleep. I have tried restarting it a few times and powering it off for a few hours but nothing has worked yet, does anyone know how to fix this?

    Wear the headset. Press the power button briefly to put the headset to sleep. Briefly press the power button again to wake the headset. See if that brings back the profile menu.
