Quest OS bombards me with crashed from apps i do not use

Hey all, recently got a brand new quest 3 
I got it to play asseto corsa via virtual desktop, which works
However, at random moments, the quest OS will tell me than an app has stopped working
It can go from "settings" to "avatar editor" to "metaOS.something.something" (dev name)
Anyone knows why it does that and how can i stop it ? None of these apps are uninstallable as they are included in the meta bloat
