Quest turning off and on and error message.

Today I attempted to play a game on my quest, when I put my headset on, i was in pass through mode and it just kept flickering, everytime it would turn on my controllers would vibrate. I kept getting an error message saying “unable to join, please try again later” I proceed to turn my quest off and on and that didnt work, i than rebooted it twice than finally factory reset the entire thing. Still nothing, i couldn’t even enter the beginning tutorial. I just sideloaded my headset as a last resort and it has done nothing. My headset is fully charged and nothing like this has happened ever before. It has a very scratches on it but nothing serious. Please tell me theres some way to fix this.

    Thank you for stating all of the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. We'd ask you to ensure that you remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
